Constance Group is organised around two independent holding companies with a shared shareholder base:

• Constance La Gaieté Company Ltd (CLG), listed on the Development & Enterprise Market of the Stock Exchange of Mauritius, manages the Group’s agricultural and real estate activities
• BMH Ltd, listed on the Official Market, serves as the holding company for Constance Hotels and manages a diversified portfolio of financial investments

Two additional entities are also listed on the secondary market: Constance Hotels Services Ltd, the parent company of Constance Hotels and C Resorts, and its intermediate holding company, Hotelest Ltd.

The Corporate Office, Constance Corporate Management Ltd, drives the Group’s overarching vision, ensuring alignment, integration and the development of shared values across all entities, with the goal of generating long-term value for all stakeholders.
